Keep reproducibility separate from trust and review

TCKDB records described, auditable, and rerunnable as append-only rubric-versioned reproducibility assessments rather than fields on scientific rows or aliases for review status. Trust evaluates evidence quality and review records curation decisions, whereas reproducibility evaluates whether preserved evidence is sufficient to understand, audit, or repeat a result; the three may legitimately disagree and must retain independent histories.
